Ankle stabilization exercise (Phase 2)

This is our first video in a series of typically used exercises for ankle strength and stability. These are very effective exercises we use in clinic to help restore normal ankle stability, power, and endurance for return to sports and fitness activities. Please use caution when completing these exercises. You should not feel any pain while doing these motions. If you have ankle instability please seek the advice of a trained clinician prior to starting any specific exercises.
